this time it's a cockpit shooter like starwars: rouge squadron! by brian c of coarse! V-V-V First-Person Pilot Shooter by brian c Intro>>> Have you ever played "Star Wars: Rouge Squadron"? If you have, you might have seen its FPS cockpit and have longed to create it. All you have to do is make some pictures and characters. Making the Cockpit>>> Ah, making the cockpit. It seems so hard yet it is so easy. > Choose wheather you want to make a chipset(easy, more work) or a picture(hard, less work). > Make a chipset/picture of the cockpit with a space for a window. > The window of the cockpit should have a walkable space background where your hero diguised as a target will aim for you. > Make your target hero. > Make an enemy pilot character with four parts: destroyed, big, small, and medium. > Your enemy should try to avoid the hero and should give the player damage once it reaches its largest size. > The nemy should grow larger as it approaches. > The enemy pilot will have its graphic change to "destroyed" when the player "talks" to it. > Create a sheilds and ammo picture taht will be displayed on the unwalkable walls of the cockpit. > Create switches called shot 1,2,3... that will be turned off as you shoot. > Each shot page will be on the enemy pilot. > You should have ALOT of pages that turn on one shot switch and require the one before the shot switch it turned on (one shot leads to another). > Each pilot must have the same thick amount of pages because if the first ten are turned on when you shoot one fighter, the second fighter will pick up where the other one left off. > When the enemy reaches its largest size , destroy it and lower the player's sheilds. X-tras!>>> + You can have ammo boxes that grow in size when they get closer and dissapear when you don't shoot them and when you do shoot them you don't turn on a switch, you turn off a switch(es).
